Yes - Rooms in the Main House and Carriage House are allotted one parking spot each to use throughout your stay. There are two spots allocated for guests in the cottage. Guests planning to bring additional vehicles will need to find off-street parking.

Can I bring my pet or service animal?

Pets are allowed in the rooms in the Carriage House and the Cottage but not in the Main House. Guests may bring 1-2 dogs per room for a fee of $75 per stay. Please coordinate with our staff to add a pet to your reservation.

The Rockport House is idyllically perched above the center of Rockport and its picturesque harbor, just a 5-minute walk from the town center. The property includes the Main House, the Carriage House, and the Cottage, all of which were reimagined and meticulously renovated this year, reopening as our upscale boutique hotel.

Guests can select from a variety of room options suited to their needs and preferences. The Main House offers one-bedroom suites, as well as Deluxe and Superior King and Queen suites. The 1890s Carriage House has been transformed into one and two-bedroom suites, along with double queen suites. The Cottage is a charming three-bedroom House, fully renovated in 2024.

The location was perfect, a short 5 minute walk to downtown. Also did I mention there is parking.

"Absolutely loved this place. The rooms and furnishings were new, beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable! The walk-in shower was an amazing way to start the day. I personally preferred not having staff on site and everything being remote. Check in and out were a snap. Responses via email came very quickly when having to contact the property. "Take a large old Victorian and via a gut renovation, turn it into a stylish boutique hotel, furnished and decorated like a five star hotel. Seriously. The people who redid this place did a fantastic job, especially on the inside. Only a five minute walk from the center of Rockport, and their system for serving guests virtually worked very smoothly. You will not see an actual innkeeper, and there is no breakfast, but the place is extremely comfortable, and it’s brand spanking new."
